I'm actually guessing that's why you've found yourself here.

Maybe a friend or colleague referred you or you saw one of my videos or read an article of mine, or it's possible that you attended one of my webinars, or best of all we've already worked together before and you decided it's your time to step up ...

Mostly likely though it's because you're ready now ... and you're unlikely to be an "ordinary" coaching client ... and that's good, because ... I'm not your ordinary coach, in fact I'm far from it.

Right from the start I'll break every rule in the book about "ordinary coaching."

I break those rules because if you truly want extraordinary results they don't and won't work.

Here's a short list of eight things that makes how we'll work, and the results you'll get ... "different" ...

#1 - I ONLY WORK WITH WINNERS
       (and those who aspire to be ...)

I've been doing private one-to-one coaching with executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, elite athletes, A-list entertainers, renowned artists for more than twenty five years ... and, I'm looking to work with folks who self identify as successful, and see themselves as high achievers and winners ... or who clearly have decided that they want to be among this group of individuals.

You really need to be successful, or at the very least see yourself as someone truly wanting to be and ultimately being successful, to want to work with me ... because this will not be a play date in the park. Some coaches are really more like professional personal cheerleaders or hired best friends, but that's not my way or process. I'm going to help you realize just what you're capable of, what you really want out of your life, and help you make the decision to pay the price to get that and nothing less than that ... then together we're going hold your feet to the fire until you have it all without compromise. 

#2 - YOU CAN EXPECT TO GO DEEPER

The most common things that come up are questions and issues surrounding success and achievement, and what they mean.

It's also common for me to be discussing what a life truly worth living looks and feels like with my clients ... what the experience of profound satisfaction, fulfillment and authenticity are like ... and, what to do with the feelings of powerful ambition and drive, and sometimes the lack of them too.

We'll also likely get to the more intimate topics of kindness, generosity, gratitude and even love if you want to go there ... how to deal with having these things as part of your life, and what to do when they are lack ... as well as what to do about it.

#3 - WE'LL GO BEYOND THE TRIVIAL PURSUIT OF SUCCESS

While we'll be digging into the kind of things that most people refer to when they are thinking about success and achievement to build the framework and context we're working within ...we'll  insure that we're constantly tackling these ideas of what it means to be successful and a high achiever from the point of view of how to remain authentic and true to yourself ... and, we'll be thinking about them strategically too ... building deep applied skills so you can make high quality decisions and take real action to bring about the results and outcomes in your life you want and need.

We'll look at your life professionally ...

• as a leader and in terms of the roles you play -- and how to play them brilliantly
• we'll talk about your finances and how to insure you are being rewarded in ways that you are truly worth -- and what to do with those rewards once you've gotten them, to insure that things remain in balance in that area of your life
• we'll also discuss your relationships, both professional and personal -- and I'll help you make decisions about how to place your attention in them in ways that will serve both you and others best ... so you can balance them, and have the kind and quality of relationships you desire in every area of your life ... and
• we'll make sure you skills as a communicator are exquisite -- in reading and interpreting others ... and in communicating in a way that is effective in getting your point across every time with everyone ... I'll show you things about communicating you've never even dreamed of I'd be willing to bet.

#4 - NO BULLSHIT!

Years ago, when I started my blog, Blognostra, at JosephRiggio.com I had the tagline ...

"I know ... You don't ... So shut up and listen."

I get it ... it was bold, brash and arrogant, but it really positioned what I wanted to share with my audience at that time ... i.e.:

"I'm going to stand in my space of profound expertise, where I have enormous depth, and I won't bullshit you ... and I won't stand for your bullshit either."

My positioning is all about getting really clear up front about the kind of work we'd do together if you choose to work with me.

I'll promise you just one thing absolutely ... I'll always give it to you straight, telling you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear (remember, I promised no bullshit) ... and also telling you I don't know when I don't and, not offering advice where I have nothing of verifiable, proven value to add.

#5 - TONS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

BUT ... that leaves us a lot of room to work together if you like the idea of someone who comes to you with over three decades of experience ... working with senior C-Level executives of International Fortune 500 companies, more entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses around the world than I can shake a stick at, tons of small and sole business owners who wanted ... and needed ... to take themselves to the next level to achieve the success they desired, and that's just on the business/professional front of my practice. And, as I've already said, I've also worked with A-list entertainers, world-class athletes, renowned artists, and elite special forces and law enforcement special teams operatives too.

BTW, another very special group to me are other coaches, consultants and trainers from every continent on the planet (except Antarctica) who attend my programs to learn how I do "the magic" I do with clients consistently, so they can do it with their clients too (yep I have that kind of reputation among my peers). 

But, let's continue while I'm on a roll ... 

#6 - I'M PROBABLY THE WORLD'S BEST PERSONAL COACH

(I can't prove it, but I definitely believe it, and many of my clients do too.)

I may not only be the world's best personal coach, but possibly the world's most expensive too ... so be prepared to pay for you what you're going to get, I'm not shy about asking for what I'm worth (and BTW, neither will you be after just a session or two with me ... guaranteed), and you're going to get enormous value in what we do together, so it doesn't come cheaply ... but, hey if you're read this far you probably guessed that, and decided you're worth it too.

Here's the bottom line ... I'm going to ask you for more than money, I'm going to ask you for a full commitment to what we're doing together including the time, energy and attention it takes to make it happen for you, so be ready. 

#7 - MY TAKE NO PRISONERS ATTITUDE

So you see, as I'm bragging on myself, that I start with a "take no prisoners attitude" and when we're working together that's the attitude I'll bring along to what we do ... especially in regard to anything that's been limiting you from living the life you want and deserve fully.

You see I only want to work with winners and folks completely committed to winning in every area of their lives ... business, finance, relationships, health, personal satisfaction and fulfillment ... you name it, you have to want to win, and live a "zero compromise life" to want to work with me.

#8 - YOU'LL GAIN REAL WORLD SKILLS

This may be the most obvious thing you experience as we continue working together ... real skills for the real world ... you'll get how you operate at your best personally, and how to use that way of being in the world to your advantage, everywhere and with everyone.

This ain't no "hoochey-goochey" ... "touchy-feely" ... stare into a candle, meditate and manifest your desires ... no way!

This is the stuff that will make a real difference in every area of your life where you want and need "on demand" results and outcomes!

First you'll shift to a new perspective that opens the lens to opportunity, possibilities and choice, that will become your default operating position going forward. From this position anything that you're capable of becomes possible, and we'll immediately begin layering in the skills you need to create the results and outcomes you want, in a way that will feel effortless to you. 

Listen I get it ... I ain't for everyone (far from it), but for the folks I work well with I promise you the results will be extraordinary.
